The FACe platform works on a token system. You purchase tokens for your FACe system, and they become the currency used to generate your profiles.

Each profile has a specific number of tokens required to generate a report, and FACe tokens can be used for any report at any time, and they never expire.

You can either order the exact number of tokens you need for the profiles you plan to use or lower your profile costs by purchasing tokens in larger quantities, receive them into your account electronically and “bank” them to use on profiles you generate in the future.

Important Note

If you have already completed a report and want to upgrade to the next tier, you will only be deducted the difference in the token amount. You will not pay again from scratch.

For example:

  • If you have already complete a Flow Portrait report, it will cost an additional 3 tokens to upgrade to a Flow Core report.
  • If you have already completed a Flow Core report, it will cost an additional 10 tokens to upgrade to a Leader report.
  • If you complete a Flow Leader report as a first choice, the delegate will also receive a Flow Core report alongside this at no additional cost.
