What’s involved in DISC Training?

Our DISC Flow Trainer Certification is delivered live online via Zoom, in person, or via a self-paced online course.

On completion of the course, delegates are equipped with the knowledge and a whole host of support resources to be confident in their ability to apply DISC practically in any coaching, consulting or training situation in the workplace.

Importantly, the certification will provide you with the versatility to craft solutions to meet a wide variety of organisational needs. Upon successful completion of an examination, you will be designated as a DISC Flow Certified Trainer.

DISC Flow certification gives you a thorough understanding of the DISC model – the history of its development, validity and reliability, the administration process for creating and managing online profiles, and how to interpret the results of the various reports.

We teach the DISC model holistically, giving you a deep understanding of how it can be used to increase emotional intelligence and behavioural adaptability in the workplace.

Our DISC profiles are amongst the most valid and reliable reports on the market. We are at the forefront of research and development in the application of behavioural sciences in the workplace and have published validation reports for all of our profiles.

To enable accredited trainers to introduce the DISC Flow model we make it simple and easy. Our Introduction to DISC Flow Presentation, included within the certification package, provides you with everything you might need to confidently lead a training session on your own. The presentation is comprehensive and comes with a power-point presentation, exercises and activities, scripted trainers guide and delegates workbook.

We are teaching the necessary skills, knowledge and process in this course, but it is up to you to put the skills into place. In a nutshell: you get out of this course what you put in.

Not at all. The course is for everyone who wants to work with DISC.

Absolutely. DISC makes it easy for people to understand themselves better and the personlised DISC Report gives participants of workshops a narrative to express their natural preference about how their work, communication and leadership style. We will teach you how to embed DISC into your workshops and leadership programs.

As soon as finalise the registration and payment, we will email you the DISC Assessment link and once you completed the assessment you have access to your DISC Flow Core Report. As this step has to be done manually it could take a couple of days turnaround.

DISC is a behavioural assessment but is often referred to as a personality test. The two are closely related as we believe that ‘behaviour is an expression of your personality’. Based on the fact that our personality doesn’t shift much throughout our lives but we have a choice about our behaviour, DISC becomes even more powerful as a influencing tool.
